Dave, The Jerry Kramer Super Bowl ring story was interesting to me, not because I am a big football fan but because I "knew" Jerry years ago. We sat next to each other in an algerbra class at Sandpoint High School. He often ate a Mars candy bar in class when Mrs. Brunsel (spl.) had her back turned and sometimes I had the feeling that he may have been checking the validity of my answers on a test.

The football team was one of the best that Sandpoint ever had that year. Jerry's folks had a radio, T.V., appliance store close to where I worked in Sandpoint a few years after I graduated. In fact my mother bought our first TV from Kramers appliance. They even had a new gadget that I tried in the store. It cooked food with radio waves quite fast and only cost around $1000.00. Too bad it never amounted to anything.
