I think that any dog who could be a harm to other dogs or people should not be tied up on a sidewalk or other public place where another dog/person can walk by. My dog was attacked by a pitbull, fortunately the dog did not actually bite my dog, but it was definitely a harrowing experience.

Brian, Brian, Brian. Didn't your father teach never " pet the hair of a burning dog"?
Just let "sleeping dogs lay"!
Sorry, it WAS a softball!

Wait a minute.

Pitbulls on a two-foot leash, lashed securely to a tree, yet Judy freakin' Peavy Derr (pitbull in her own right) was fearful that her lap-warmers were about to become high protein Zamzows chow.

I'm not buying it.

Mr Logic, perhaps you'd like to make your snide little remark to the 70 year old man in Fruitland who was attacked by pit bulls earlier this year or was it last year, you know what I'm talking about.

I love dogs and dogs were never much of a problem until recently, where it seems the dog population has exploded just like the human population. Too many people who haven't a clue are owning dogs now.

Not only are there agressive dogs out there, there are dog droppings to be found in nearly every park, all along the greenbelt and even on school playgrounds. Remember the Summerwind Elementary story, what happened with that?

Wait, there's more, every other block seems to have a dog yapping it's head off. I've seen quite a few people go off to work and leave their dog alone locked in the house all day. Shouldn't that be against the law?

You gotta be kidding me. Judy is afraid of a little old pit bull? She defined the word for years on the commish board. The dogs can consider themselves lucky she didn't bite THEM. Just ask the AG.
