My dog was attacked by a pitbull, fortunately the dog did not actually bite my dog, but it was definitely a harrowing experience.

I love dogs and dogs were never much of a problem until recently, where it seems the dog population has exploded just like the human population. Too many people who haven’t a clue are owning dogs now.

Not only are there agressive dogs out there, there are dog droppings to be found in nearly every park, all along the greenbelt and even on school playgrounds. Remember the Summerwind Elementary story, what happened with that?

Wait, there’s more, every other block seems to have a dog yapping it’s head off. I’ve seen quite a few people go off to work and leave their dog alone locked in the house all day. Shouldn’t that be against the law?
