					<description><![CDATA[Guv&#039;nor Butch says we need $250 million more, just to maintain Idaho&#039;s roads.  But due to the economic downturn, people are in NO mood for higher taxes.

Perhaps if we can get some of that economic stimulus money, we could spend a couple mil. on a one-time expense - a buttload of &quot;SLOPPY ROAD - DRIVE SLOWLY&quot; signs, and post &#039;em all over the state!  They&#039;d prolly last for 20 years!]]></description>
