It may be time to pull the plug and issue taxi chits for those who have no alternative transportation.

In regions where people have handicaps and can’t drive they have ACCESS busses. They provide door to door service via a reservation system.

We have a bus because that’s the ticket to federal money, not because we need a bus?? Or so I’ve heard. How about some ridership vs. capacity vs. cost numbers.
