ISSUE: He went to see the train come to the Depot and the people from ECI Corporation had a small sign there saying it was private property and they were threatening to tow cars. Boise is supposed to be a friendly city.

ISSUE: Sprinklers on Greenbelt came on between 8:30 and 9:00 last Thursday and it blasted her right in the face as she was riding her bicycle. They seem to be watering the pathway instead of the landscape and they hit pedestrians and cyclists.
