Dave... I should already know this.  The teevee news people this morning (KBOI) said the Constitutional Amendments needed to pass by a 2/3 majority of voters to become law.  I had understood a simple majority.  Can you (once again) clarify?

EDITOR NOTE--It takes 2/3 of both houses of legislature to get it on the ballot and a simple majority of citizens to pass.  There is NO PROVISION for citizens in Idaho to EVER initiate a constitutional amendment.  So absolute is the power of government in Idaho, a statute passed by citizens (term limits?) can be immediately repealed by the legislature.]]></description>
