Too true–also from New England.

Our climate is obviously changing to cooler, wetter, and colder in winter. Time to buy more plows, or lease them for winter, and dig out the streets and the alleys as well!!!

But relatives in Spokane where they DO plow the streets complain about the four foot snow berm at the end of the driveway after the plow passes. At least here if you can motorboat from your garage to an arterial you may benefit from that slippery goo they spray to melt the snow on the road.
