I won’t name them; but, I am personally acquainted with a Boise attorney – comfortably ensconced on the Left – who likes it.

So much so he does absolutely nothing to discourage the tagging and posting on his own residential street.

Those “kids” are more likely Trustafarians from the Foothills and Boise’s assorted White-Bread Gated Communities.

The increase in Graffiti in Boise is DIRECTLY proportional to the increase of a particular demographic in Boise.

BB, Their not cops… just over-zelous citizens where knee-high leather boots for a day. Get thee to a judge and toss out on he said she said. That said, the former trail volunteer was likely very knowledgable and supportive of the rule he broke. 🙂

Did I tell of the nitwit that tried to write me for the dog that was not mine? Dog gone, only proof was empty cage in car… must be my dog off leash right? Why don’t they send these dolts after the paintsprayers??

This week, sounds like too many cops are assigned to leash-law and hasslin’-sick-people duty, and not enough cops assigned to noisy car and graffiti duty.

EDITOR NOTE–Bikeboy, there are some hints in thos posts that make it appear the tickets are coming from the METER MAIDS AND BUTLERS or something similar. Anyone know for sure?

I’ve seen that tag @ 10th & Franklin, and it’s been there for quite some time. It’s strategically placed for maximum frontage to the General Public and Student Body that drive and walk through that intersection in droves everyday.

This in addition to the recent explosion of tagging on the backs of street signs, the High School Tennis Courts (fixing the court light(s) would help) and on many a vertical surface in the alleys closest to the High School.

It’s tolerance on and around the Boise High Campus makes a mockery of the City’s anti-graffiti campaign, and the Mayor’s Hotline.
