I wondered if I support a bike tax/fee. I noticed several bikes worth more than my car. Many with people who are too fat to ride for a living. (tire technology is amazing) Could this be the future for Boise? Team Dave can raise extra money for the new train he wants. Perhaps even build the train on the greenbelt?
