I’d suggest under the Glenwood Street bridge; it’s probably 3 feet deep. (Why can’t Garden City pump the water out, like Boise does under a couple of their bridges? Did they have to choose between that, or prosecuting cyclists who dare ride through Riverside Village?)

It really looks like fun and I bet we can 4×4 in it too. Perhaps the award would be fitting if we had some sparking wires nearby.

Perhaps you need to make a sign for the reporters about water hazards like you did for the rafters a few years ago.

Show the rest of her. Is she cute? The feedlot-boots are saved by the pink lable, so she does have some sense of style anyway. 😉
