Dave (not the GUARDIAN), the hidden springs town association has absolutely no connection with the Idaho Citizens group ICSETG and attorney Andrew Shoppe who is working pro bono for the non profit that has no budget. The residents need to step up and if the association would help more residents would be against this project.

I wonder how the residents of hidden springs would react if they found out that their homeowner’s association money was being used to pay for this law suit instead of it’s intended purpose?

I wonder if it is possible for Mr. Schoppe to file a “consumer fraud” complaint through the Idaho AG’s Consumer Protection Division on behalf of his clients and Ada County consumers without county prosecutorial input, if the evidence warrants such a complaint?
