McKenzie’s and other legal positions will gain. It’s the Electic officials that should not be able to own stock with this private prison. Conflict of interest and a part of the traffic jam on holding inmates way past their released dates. Another story for another day.

Our Problem is this Legal System and the Private Prison associated. IDOC is overwhelmed but they have brought this onto themselves as well. Many didn’t want the Private Prison in Idaho however the Govenor did as he see’s profit which he and others are receiving from these out of state Offenders. We need to take care of our own front porches.
This Knuckle head is going to continue to keep wasting time over and over of your funds finding a means to occupy his time to fuss over the system and neglect and rights. There is much to complain about in ICC however even B. Reinke can’t get past it. CCA ignores all the violations ICC/CCA can’t seem to get a handle on.
This nut case will be filing a lawsuite and here starts the merry go round. McKenzies will get past their situation.

Editor? Any verity here? I’m assuming that the daily paper refers to the one in BOI.

EDITOR NOTE–Court was very specific in allowing Ms. McKenzie to assist, cautioning that she would not be allowed to act as counsel. Court said she “crossed the line” and on Feb. 14 rescinded the “attorney-client” privilege. Court also said she crossed the line a second time by filing documents which the court ignored noting she was not an attorney and the firm was not listed as representing the inmate.

Interesting! As Rizo, there has to be more to this story. There are some crossed wires going on here. Paralegals can do magic but perhaps crossed some wires within our system which someone isn’t happy with. As mentioned they have been the only ones whom have been willing to cross the zoning with IDOC. They also control the recorded messages any inmate receives in or out but doesn’t mean these cannot be manipulated as well.

Curt McKenzie of Nampa, was appointed by a federal court to help Lance Wood…” How can the court have appointed a non-attorney? And how can that be when the reports are that the McKenzie firm never even represented this guy? Has anyone ever heard of such a thing?
