It’s REACTING . When they do something ONCE in a years time, if THAT, I suspect that there isn’t a whole lot of confidence or experience at play. More than likely they wanted to shut the neighborhood down for a couple of days but even this agency realized how ridiculous that would have been. The beautiful thing about Boise is the low crime rate. Unfortunately that means an unproven police department full of image makers and frauds.

Both of the “agencies” deserve much praise for their community service and public spirited attitudes. From opening their doors as polling places to offering their space for respite care in times of emergencies to their outreach to neighbors and strangers to put the idea of “neighbor” in neighborhood and should be recognized and appreciated for so doing.
