If they don’t have that much cash on hand which I admit is a considerable amount. To get a construction loan from the bank they would have to show a balance sheet, tax returns etc. Maybe they don’t want to do that. Surprising that nothing is being asked in return such as interest or Ahlquist’s first born child

We simply need to throw these people out more often and significantly tighten up their job descriptions to prevent the fraudulent redistribution of wealth and resources. Considering that the bozo in chief is actively damaging the country in every way he can, we can hardly expect his loyal followers to behave any better.

I guess I don’t find it odd that they would try to defer large expenditures even if they are in good financial shape. I do find it odd that the ACHD would agree.
