					<description><![CDATA[Interesting story of this Henry fellow.   Unlike Henry Ford, whom was not in favor of such a highway, this Henry was also leading a major motor manufacturer, Packard Motor company.

Of Ivy heritage, politically and financially tied to the Detroit area, he initially was in favor of prohibition and then later testified against it after witnessing the fatal abuse of government agents enforcing the laws of prohibition (anti-drug).  

Some things never change.
