Fact: Issuer is not always the borrower.

Why did the business need the Wisconsin issuer to issue the bonds?

That is often where the real story is.

for a LLC based in New Mexico. Meridian’s involvement is also a puzzle.

And developers hire other construction citizens, buys land from other citizens, and creates some type of organization or business there, right?

So their growth is because of all of their citizens?

EDITOR NOTE–You once again miss the point. The citizens never asked to pay the developer, never approved the payment to the developer. The city mothers and fathers never campaigned saying, “If elected I will take your tax money and give it to developers.” Citizens are getting screwed, but there is nothing they can do about it because the laws protect the screwers.

EDITOR NOTE–The $200,000 at $50,000 a year is essentially a “gift” from the wonderful people of Meridian. The reserve fund is a component of the loan which is through the Wisconsin sale of bonds.

This reserve fund will be used to make debt service payments in any one year should project revenues be unable to do so, providing time for the borrower and owner of the asset to initiate change. Assuming all goes well every year, the final year of debt service will be paid by this reserve fund. In the interim the debt service reserve fund should be held by a trustee where any interest on the fund can be applied to be debt service payment due.

They pay a tradesman about 50% of take home pay to fix and repair their life. After 3 to 7 years of marriage to the cutie they met at university she is no longer cute and destroys the remaining family finances over selfish personal interests.

What’s the point? Spend less on school, get a trade, and earn more taking money from these over educated fools. Even the guy collecting trash is doing better than most of these yuppies.

The worst part of education in America is it harbors all the people trying to destroy the country.

Do your research into the state board of education’s ‘role and mission’statements.

Also note that Boise is the political, business, government and population hub of Idaho and the region. Everyone wants to be here to deliver higher ed services and products (it’s where the students and employers are!).

Meridian: Tammy the Weird wants so bad to be a playa in local politics/economic development. She’s been overshadowed for years by Team Dave adn the former singing mayers from Canyon County.

Eventually, all the politicians think giving to the organizations and taking from the people is more important than giving to the people and requiring some take from the organizations.

Someone needs to corner the Meridian officials and put them on record with this.

Don’t give our taxes to developers and speculators. They are fronts for the mega wealthy — and you take money from the commoner.
