Developers often float the entire project on a bank loan. The faster from 0-done the faster the pay back the loan. Housing is also boom and bust. One must strike while the iron is hot.

This is so important for everyone to voice their opinions.
Those in Star and Middleton ….
I wonder how is it possible for both towns to have the same City Attonery. Isn’t that conflict of interest. The City attonery brother is wanting to be one of the buliders for a project in Middleton “Stonehaven “. Isn’t this also conflict of interest.??
I’m just not sure how anyone hasn’t seen all the connections?
This is shameful and people need to let there voices be heard.
I have heard that the Star Mayor doesn’t listen to his people.
Wow if this is true it is something people should think twice when re-electing him.

There is a lot of things that we can do to unite against this. One of which is to make sure people actually vote and given some of the recent campaign signs I saw in the City of Star today (4/15/18) problems will always persist until we, the people, demand change.

I think this proposal is so outrageous that everybody in Treasure Valley should unite against it.
