It was obivous that Commissioner Baker and Arnold intended to pursue recourse against Jim Hansen against the advice of the attorney general and commissioner Woods. To do so she also ignore a room full of people at ACHD to testify testify on behalf on commissioner Hansen. Since, I was not going to be allowed to testify, I chose to voice my opinion anyway and was thrown out of the meeting, along with a couple of others. IMO in pursuing recourse against the advice of the attorney general and Commissioner Woods Commissioner Baker turned this into something other an open meeting meeting law violation- that again caused no harm. Now it is an issue of vindictiveness against another comissioner by the President of a public commission. IMO it is also a case of partisan infighting on a supposedly non partisan commission. I’m not suire what the outcome was as I was “uninvited”.
