Has he been put on hold, or is the mayor still allowing him to design and bill for a project that has an uncertain future.
If he has been put in hold, how much are tax-payers going to be out if the contract has to be canceled?

EDITOR NOTE–When we viewed the contract, it appeared to have been written by Safdie FOR Safdie. There was no “escape clause” for the city. We fear as much as $11 million could be spent for nothing.
