Many of BPD problems source to the days of form Chief Masterson. Such things are not created overnight.

Don’t be deceived by their “we embrace the community” mantra. We could all fill the page with examples of police unions supporting and financing the defense of bad cops. If that’s not bad enough, their contracts are a breeding ground for performance mediocrity. Want real police accountability? Start with banning organized police labor organizations.
