ISSUE: She was at the Hillcrest Shopping plaza and saw a city employee leave his car idling and unattended for 20+ minutes. She spoke with the employee and shared her concerns about wasting gas, polluting the air, wasting taxpayer money, etc. She felt the employee was cocky and rude.

ISSUE: She finds it objectionable that the officers can tell you what speed you were going but can’t prove it to the driver. The officer told her that the police usually win these types of cases, so she opted to pay the fine instead of going to court. There is no place on the citation that says who the check should be made payable to; she would like this corrected.
