ISSUE: Her daughter stepped on the lid of their grey Allied Waste trash can, fell into it and hurt herself. Marla would like to file a complaint about the garbage can.

ISSUE: He is concerned that there were no charges filed for a road rage incident on Saturday night where a vehicle was damaged and a gun was pulled.
ISSUE 2: He has never seen anyone get pulled over for speeding or aggressive driving in his neighborhood in front of Ivywild Park.
ISSUE 3: People on Melrose Court have lived there for several years; all cars have California plates. He would like them to get their tags registered here so they pay taxes to help maintain the roads.

ISSUE: He would like the Mayor to get a bike tour in the Southeast part of Boise to see the conditions of the bike paths. Mike has not seen the Mayor ride his bike.

ISSUE: He was crossing the street at State and 8th when his wheelchair caught on a red brick that was sticking out of the sidewalk. He was subsequently thrown out of his wheelchair and hurt his knees. Other locations in Boise also have handicapped unfriendly sidewalks, including the Ada County Sheriff’s Office and near the Social Security office.

ISSUE: He requested a special pick up for 60-70 trash bags from Allied Waste, but they said they were unable except under certain circumstances. He is going to have to haul the bags to the dump himself and is afraid of the cost.
