AG Again Declines To Prosecute ACHD Commish

The criminal division of the Idaho Attorney General’s office has again declined to prosecute ACHD Commish Jim Hansen over a series of e-mails that constituted a “serial meeting.”

The commission voted 2-1 to send a letter (see previous post) asking for action following the original exchange in July. The IDAHO PRESS has a full report.

  1. I think the most appalling thing about this is C Rebecca Arnold still uses AOL for her personal email.

Oh wait it is the fact the commissioners are using PERSONAL EMAIL to conduct official business by requesting the legal department to take action.

AND their chief counsel actually accepts those emails. WHAT?

THAT should be a violation of some ACHD policy!

And someone should make a public records request of ALL their personal emails, phone messages, and Facebook messages to verify no other communications violate state laws.

    “A bunch of idiots!”

  2. Good. Error was acknowledged, move on.

I think we need to find an old girlfriend from 40 years ago who, after numerous acid trips, remembers this all differently.

This is a group of legendary underachievers who need to be sentenced to driving for ten years in the road jam traffic they created.

EDITOR NOTE–The traffic is created by the city, county, and state politicos who use YOUR money to pay people to come here (INCENTIVES).

Some people are afforded special protections while others are not.
