The first entry this week deserves a stand alone recognition. This guy could easily be a city councilor or mayor using his line of reasoning of how to avoid the law!

ISSUE: State requires property owners to have a fire mitigation zone. He’d like to know how to obtain the non-compliance list.
ISSUE: Doesn’t think the Fill the Boot campaign is fair.

ISSUE: Thinks public funds shouldn’t pay for a new stadium.
ISSUE: Would like the City to consider selling property on 13th & Grove for a sports complex and use proceeds to buy property on Capitol and Grove for a convention center.
ISSUE: New trashcans jeopardize peoples’ lives because they’re placed on sidewalks instead of streets. He wants curbs, gutters and sidewalks in his neighborhood. He is against a property tax increase.

ISSUE: Inviting Mayor St. Al’s 25th rehab celebration.
ISSUE: Doesn’t think it was appropriate if firefighters were collecting donations for Fill the Boot while on duty.
ISSUE: Thinks anti-idling campaign should focus on more than just cars, i.e. police, firefighters, fighter jets and scooters.
