We are at a loss to understand why the legacy media has refused (declined) to share the plans of the United States Air Force at Mt. Home to expand its training range to include the sky over the city of Boise and eight other Idaho towns.
Several GUARDIAN readers have asked why there has been no coverage in the local TV or print media. They have even gone so far as sending copies of the public notices the Air Force has issued, but still no news.
In short, Mountain Home plans to practice “urban warfare” in the sky over Boise to be coordinated with ground forces who are said to be parked in paved parking lots and along paved streets. The ground troops will be “plain clothes” and use laser beams to identify targets for flights of either two or four F-15 fighters to electronically attack targets.
